Super Speedy, Super Simple Salad...

So this is my 'Super Speedy, Super Simple Salad'. It is a healthy, tasty dish that could be made for a quick lunch or a tasty tea. You can literally use what you have in, but this is what I used in mine...


Serves 1

Ingredients-
Mixed Salad
1 Red/Yellow/Orange Pepper
2 Tomatoes
2 Caper-berries
Half an avocado
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Method:
Add mixed salad to bowl.
Cut up a pepper into small batons and add.
Quarter tomatoes and add.
Half Caper-berries and add.
Cut avocado and spoon out insides. Cut and add to bowl.
Drizzle over a small amount of olive oil and then finally drizzle over a small amount of good quality Balsamic Vinegar.







To be extra healthy, serve with crusty bread and a smoothie.

  2. I hate hate hate tomatoes, but this would be yummy without them - especially with crusty bread! :) What are caperberries? :o xo

    1. I agree! After I took the pictures for this I forgot to add the tomatoes and it tasted yummy! haha! Caperberries are like a kind of olive type thing but a lot stronger. xo
