I love this vintage floral print cape blouse. It has a peter pan colar at the back and a top button to fasen or leave loose at the front.  The skirt is from H&M and was a bargain in the sale at just £5. The cape is from New Look and was also £5 in the sale. Its really good teamed with pearls, tights and boots!
