I love this outfit because its fun a floaty. It has a a vintage print cape blouse and an amzing pair of Topshop shorts. I absolutely LOVE these shorts and have worn them so much since I bought them. I originally thought I would only wear them in summer, until I found out they go really well with tights for the winter! They were such a bargain aswell! Team with boots for day and heels for night!
